The next step

The next step

I have now resumed my programming after a couple of months of vacation which was very much needed. I got a call one day from a friend that needed a system which can handle peoples reports on various problems like kitchen problems, water problems etc and I decided to make a system for it. Little did I know that it would totally revolutionise my own project and that it would teach me much needed jquery skills to further enhance the CMS. I also found a very useful administration ui based on bootstrap and font-awesome which creates a very big framework for layout and design. You can find the administration ui at this link http://startbootstrap.com/template-categories/admin-dashboard/

I also decided to move back to a more intranet way of working because my vision for a true WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) CMS has it's limits when working with different templates and the layout of the admin interface needed to be customized to each and every template which I brought in to the CMS which wasn't that fun. I still have the goal to make it more dynamic and to keep it as simple yet powerful as possible because all other CMS solutions out there like Joomla, Wordpress, Pimcore is way to hard to understand for a novice. People today want things simple and powerful and this is my philosophy with my system and if you read this and you want to contribute to this project then please send me an email. I have some ideas of making donations possible because this is what I will make a living of and if you want to help out or have any questions then please feel free to email me. I can also mention that I have made this in two languages as well which is swedish and english.
